About Us

Welcome to Lacey Estates Vineyard & Winery, located in beautiful Prince Edward County. We've been in operation since 2003, and we're proud of the fact we're family-owned and operated. Our winery is located at 804 Closson Road in Hillier Township.

Prince Edward County, located approximately two hours east of Toronto and one hour west of Kingston, is Ontario's newest and fastest-growing wine region, with more than 20 operating wineries and over forty vineyards in various stages of development. "The County", as it is affectionately known, was first settled in the late 18th Century by United Empire Loyalists fleeing America due to the American Revolution - in fact, many County residents can trace their roots back to those first Loyalists. In more recent times the County has become a haven for artists, writers and other arts-minded individuals, boasting several literary, artistic and music festivals. It is also a naturalist's paradise, with both Sandbanks Provincial Park and Point Pitre Bird Sanctuary.
