Barrel fermented and aged in seasoned French oak for 36mths. Aromas of vanilla, caramel corn and citrus. Creamy lemon curd, citrus notes, butterscotch on the palate. Bright acidity and beautifully balanced oak shows through with touches of vanilla and spice.
