The Lacey family takes pride in it’s premium hand crafted wines, dedicating long hours and love to create something magical. With three generations working together they strive to pave a path for the future and the opportunities it holds.
Barrel fermented and aged in seasoned French oak for 12 months. Floral aromas with a hint of vanilla, citrus and caramel. Flavours of creamy lemon curd, grapefruit, citrus and spice. Bright acidity and beautifully balanced oak.
Barrel fermented and aged in French oak for 15 months on it’s lees. On the nose pear, apricot and vanilla. Intriguing complexity of citrus and vanilla. A medium bodied wine with a smooth finish.
The wine opens with aromas of melon, pineapple and stone fruit. Flavours of guava, vanilla bean and golden apricot to deliver a crisp slightly off-dry finish.
A crisp and clean off-dry Riesling with great acidity and notes of petrol on the nose combined with green apple and citrus notes with a hint of minerality on the finish. Aged for 3 years in stainless steel two of which were on it’s lees.
Aromas of pear, apple and a hint of floral. Refreshing on the palate with flavours of orange, honey and pear with notes of lemon and pink grapefruit on the finish.
Fermented on skins for 10 days and aged on it’s lees for 4 months. Vanilla and dusty rose on the nose with a hint of orange peel. Citrus and exotic fruit flavours with a hint of spice. Smooth dry finish.
A vibrant and elegant sparkling with notes of green apple, citrus, lime with a touch of minerality. This wine delivers a crisp and dry finish made up of 55% Riesling and 45% vidal. Serve well chilled.
